Services
Services are provided within the agreed project scope, timeline, and deliverables unless otherwise confirmed in writing.
Payments
Deposits and scheduled payments are required to reserve project time. Deposits are non-refundable once work begins.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing assets, feedback, approvals, access, and project information on time. Timelines may shift when feedback, assets, or approvals are delayed.
Revisions
Projects include the revision rounds agreed in the proposal or scope of work. Additional revisions or expanded requests may require a separate estimate.
No Revenue Guarantee
Jason Fung Studio does not guarantee revenue, return on ad spend, sales volume, or conversion improvements. Services focus on improving the Shopify experience, campaign connection, customer clarity, and operating foundation.
Intellectual Property
Final approved project deliverables transfer to the client after final payment, unless otherwise agreed. Jason Fung Studio may retain rights to process, tools, templates, and pre-existing materials.
Limitation Of Liability
Jason Fung Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to use of the website or services.
