02 / Why Us

Why founders hire us before they hire a team.

Most brands do not need more disconnected execution.

  • Before hiring multiple roles.
  • Before managing disconnected freelancers.
  • Before committing to a larger agency retainer.
  • One prioritized system your future team can inherit.

03 / The Problem

Your product has grown.
Your ecommerce system hasn't.

Common signs

  • Getting traffic, but sales are still inconsistent.
  • You’re not sure what to fix next.
  • You have people helping, but you still manage everything.
  • Every launch turns into another big project.

04 / The Cost of Waiting

Becomes expensive over time.

Every new campaign, freelancer and tool adds more to manage.

05 / Before and After

From disconnected execution to clarity.

Before
  • Mixed messages across ads, pages and emails.
  • Customers hesitate before buying.
  • Freelancers work in separate lanes.
  • Every launch starts from scratch.
  • No clear record of what worked.
After
  • One clear path to purchase.
  • Campaign traffic lands on aligned pages.
  • Specialists work from shared priorities.
  • Launches follow a repeatable process.
  • Your future team inherits clear direction.

06 / The Solution

Build the system before the team.

Growing ecommerce brands eventually need specialists across the customer journey.

  • Design.
  • Development.
  • Media.
  • Email.
  • CRO.
  • Strategy.
  • Analytics.

Hire too early and you add roles before the system is ready. The Growth Sprint builds the system first.

07 / Why It Works

Independent research.
Proven patterns.

The Growth Sprint is built from independent research into high-performing ecommerce stores, offers, landing pages, ads, product pages and customer journeys.

08 / What the Growth Sprint Can Include

The exact scope is prescribed after diagnosis.

The Sprint is not a package of random deliverables. It focuses on the work most likely to improve how customers experience and buy from your brand.

Shopify Store

Improve the pages and mobile journey that shape buying decisions.

Offer

Clarify positioning, incentives and how products are presented.

Creative

Align campaign direction, product storytelling and testing ideas.

Landing Pages

Connect campaign messages to focused buying paths.

Email and SMS

Bring key retention and launch messages into the same journey.

Launch System

Set priorities, tracking, documentation and next steps.

The Sprint is prioritized around the highest-leverage problems. It is not a promise to rebuild every channel in 30 days.

09 / The 30-Day Process

Four weeks. One focused system.

11 / What You Leave With

What you leave with after 30 days.

  • A store that better reflects your product quality.
  • A clearer offer and buying journey.
  • Campaigns connected from ad to landing page to checkout.
  • A repeatable launch and testing system.
  • Documentation your future team can inherit.

A system you understand instead of a service you remain dependent on.

12 / Growth Sprint vs. The Alternatives

Growth Sprint vs. the alternatives.

Hiring Internally

  • Multiple salaries
  • Long hiring process
  • Management responsibility
  • Unclear roles without an established system
  • High commitment before the foundation is ready

Hiring Separate Freelancers

  • Each person owns one task
  • No one owns the full customer journey
  • More coordination for the founder
  • Different strategies across each channel
  • Knowledge disappears when the project ends

Traditional Agency

  • Larger retainers
  • Longer commitments
  • Multiple account layers
  • Less direct involvement from senior talent
  • The brand may still not understand or own the system

Growth Sprint

  • One prioritized engagement
  • Direct founder involvement
  • Store, offer, creative and retention considered together
  • Defined 30-day scope
  • Implementation and documentation
  • Built to support your future team, not replace it forever

13 / Founder Perspective

I built the studio I wish growing brands had.

Portrait of Jason Fung, founder of Jason Fung Studio

Too many founders think they need more people.

Another designer. Another freelancer. Another specialist.

Usually, they do not need more activity.

They need someone to identify what matters, connect the customer experience and build a system others can eventually operate.

That's what every Growth Sprint is designed to do.

14 / Who the Sprint Is For

Are you a good fit?

A strong fit if you

  • Already have a real product.
  • Have launched or generated some customer interest.
  • Know your store or customer journey is underperforming.
  • Are preparing for a launch, relaunch or next stage of growth.
  • Have multiple disconnected freelancers or tools.
  • Need clearer priorities before increasing ad spend.
  • Want a system you can understand and eventually operate internally.
  • Can make timely decisions during the 30-day engagement.

It may not be the right fit if

  • You are still deciding what product to sell.
  • You need unlimited ongoing execution across every channel.
  • You want a guaranteed revenue or ROAS outcome.
  • You are looking for someone to run the company without founder involvement.
  • You are not prepared to provide access, information or feedback during the Sprint.

If the Sprint is not the right next step, I will tell you.

15 / What Is Expected From You

Less coordination.
Still collaborative.

You provide the access, context, feedback and timely decisions needed to keep the Sprint moving.

You do not manage separate specialists or translate between teams. The studio manages the connected diagnosis, priorities and build process.

16 / Risk Reversal

Know the plan before the main build begins.

The first stage gives you a written diagnosis, prioritized scope, clear deliverables and the reasoning behind each recommendation before the main build begins.

If the Growth Sprint is not the right solution, the project will not be forced forward.

No credible partner can guarantee revenue. The Sprint guarantees a defined process, direct involvement, prioritized work and a documented handoff.

17 / FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Why not hire internally?

You may eventually need to. The problem is not hiring a team. The problem is hiring people before the customer journey, roles and priorities are clear. The Sprint creates a stronger foundation for future hires to inherit.

What if I already have freelancers?

They can remain involved. The Growth Sprint can create a clearer strategy and shared customer journey for their work. The objective is not necessarily to replace good partners. It is to prevent every person from working toward a different outcome.

What if I only need a website redesign?

A visual redesign may be part of the Sprint, but design decisions are made around the customer journey and business priorities. If the diagnosis shows that you only need a focused redesign, the scope can remain focused.

Do you manage paid advertising?

Paid campaign strategy, creative direction, setup or launch support may be included when relevant to the Sprint. Ongoing media buying is not automatically included. The exact responsibility is defined before work begins.

What if I need ongoing support?

Ongoing support may be available after the Sprint. However, the initial goal is to leave you with a system, documentation and next-step roadmap you can understand and own.

Can everything be completed in 30 days?

The prioritized Sprint scope can be completed within the agreed 30-day engagement when access, content and approvals are provided on time. The purpose is to identify and complete the highest-leverage work first.

How much time will I need to contribute?

Most founder involvement happens during onboarding, strategic decisions and approvals. You will not need to be present every day, but delayed access, content or decisions can affect the timeline.

Do you guarantee results?

No credible studio can guarantee a specific amount of revenue or ROAS. Results are influenced by product demand, pricing, margins, traffic quality, inventory and many other factors. The studio guarantees the agreed scope, direct involvement, clear priorities and documented delivery.

What happens after I apply?

You will answer a short set of questions about your brand, current challenges and next launch or growth objective. If there appears to be a fit, we will schedule a conversation. If the Growth Sprint is not the right next step, I will tell you and recommend a more appropriate direction where possible.
